Custom Software and Internal Tools

The system your business runs on, built for how it actually works.

01

In short

What Kramiva means by custom software and internal tools

Kramiva builds internal business tools: admin dashboards, booking and management systems, operational trackers, client portals, and integrations between the tools a team already uses. The work starts by mapping the process with the people who do it, then replaces the spreadsheet-and-shared-inbox arrangement with one system that has proper access control and an audit trail.

Who it is for
Operations, service, and clinic-style businesses where the workflow is a real advantage, and where generic software forces the team to work someone else's way.

Scope

What we build, and what is included.

What Kramiva can build

  • Admin dashboards and operational trackers
  • Booking, scheduling, and appointment systems
  • Client and customer portals
  • Inventory, order, and job-management tools
  • Integrations between CRM, email, accounting, and messaging tools
  • Reporting views built from data across several systems

What a typical engagement includes

  • Process mapping with the people who do the work, not only management
  • Data model and a migration plan from existing spreadsheets and systems
  • Interface design for daily operators — speed and clarity over polish
  • Engineering, integrations, and automated testing
  • Rollout, training, and written documentation

03

Delivery

How this one actually runs.

01Live process mapping with the operators in the first stage
02A migration and rollout plan agreed before engineering starts
03Incremental release, usually one workflow at a time, to limit disruption

Questions

The things you are about to ask.

Can Kramiva develop internal business tools?
Yes. Admin dashboards, booking and scheduling systems, client portals, job trackers, and integrations between existing tools are all common projects. These are usually the highest-value work for a small team: the scope is well understood, the users are known, and the improvement is felt on the first day.
Our process is unusual. Is that a problem?
It is usually the reason the project exists. Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way; the point of a custom tool is that your process is the advantage and it should stay yours. We map it with the people who actually run it before designing anything.
What happens to the data in our spreadsheets?
Migration is scoped explicitly, including the cleaning nobody wants to do. We plan for the fact that real operational data is always messier than anyone remembers, and we keep the spreadsheets available in parallel until the new system has been used for a full cycle.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Usually. CRM, email, accounting, messaging, calendars, payment gateways, and shipping providers all have integration paths, and we confirm feasibility for your specific combination during discovery rather than promising it up front.
