Ongoing Support
Ongoing Support and Maintenance
Kept current and improving, at a predictable monthly cadence.
01
In short
What Kramiva means by ongoing support and maintenance
Kramiva provides ongoing support for websites and applications that are already live: security and dependency updates, new features, performance and accessibility work, analytics and search improvements, and a defined response window when something breaks. Capacity is agreed monthly against a backlog you control.

Questions
The things you are about to ask.
- Does Kramiva provide maintenance after launch?
- Yes. Every project includes a support window for defects, and ongoing support continues monthly for clients who want it: updates, new features, performance work, analytics, and search improvements. It is optional — you hold the repositories and accounts throughout, so stopping is an access change rather than a migration.
- Can Kramiva support a site or app it did not build?
- Often, yes. We audit the codebase first and give an honest read on whether it can be maintained sensibly. If the stack is unfamiliar, unmaintained, or would cost you more to keep than to replace, we will say so rather than take a retainer for work we cannot do well.
- What if we do not use the capacity in a month?
- We tell you, and suggest what to spend it on — usually performance, accessibility, or dependency debt. Capacity does not roll forward indefinitely, and we say that plainly at the start rather than letting it become a disagreement later.
- Can we stop?
- With a notice period, yes. There is no lock-in: you hold the repositories and accounts throughout, and handover documentation is kept current as part of the arrangement rather than written at the exit.
