In short
Does Kramiva work with clients in Europe?
Kramiva is set up to work with clients in Europe on websites, ecommerce, focused products, and AI features, delivered remotely from India. The working day fully overlaps CET, work is invoiced against named milestones, and where a build processes personal data the hosting requirement, the material service-provider dependencies, and the processing terms are agreed in writing before it starts.
Projects are scoped according to requirements, timeline, and complexity. The inquiry form asks for an approximate budget in EUR so we can recommend a realistic scope.

- Contracting
- Milestone-scoped agreement, governing law and contracting terms agreed before the engagement begins
- Invoicing
- Against named milestones. Currency and payment method are agreed during contracting, subject to the available banking and payment providers
- Ownership
- Source-code transfer on final payment, defined in the signed project documents
- Hosting
- Regional hosting requirements are assessed and agreed during scoping, where the selected infrastructure supports them
- GDPR
- GDPR is an obligation we design your build against, not a certification Kramiva holds — where a build processes personal data we act as your processor, agree the processing terms and hosting requirement in writing, and engineer access, portability, and erasure in rather than bolting them on. A data-processing agreement can be included where the engagement requires one. Information you send through this website is processed under legitimate interest, solely to answer your inquiry. Straight answers
What buyers here actually ask us.
- Where is our data processed, and by whom?
- Both are scoping decisions we write down rather than defaults you discover at deployment. Material infrastructure and service-provider dependencies are disclosed where they are relevant to the engagement, alongside the agreed hosting requirement, before the build starts. Where an AI feature cannot send data to a third-party provider, self-hosted models are scoped instead.
- Will this pass our procurement and security review?
- We complete supplier questionnaires and security reviews where your procurement process requires them, and a data-processing agreement can be included where the engagement requires one. Where you need us to supply the document rather than review yours, say so early — that is a legal step we complete with advisers, not a template we hand over.
- Is the documentation real?
- Architecture decisions, runbooks, and environment setup ship as deliverables alongside the code. If a new team cannot run the system from the documentation, the project is not finished.
- Does this need to work in more than one language?
- Multilingual content and routing are scoped from the start when you need them. Retrofitting localisation into a single-language build is the expensive way to do it, so the decision is made before design begins.
