Kramiva is a founder-led studio based in India, set up to work with Indian businesses on websites, redesigns, online stores, focused SaaS MVPs, dashboards, and internal tools. You talk directly to the founders in IST, work is invoiced against named milestones, and integrations such as Razorpay, UPI, and WhatsApp are scoped per project.
Projects are scoped according to requirements, timeline, and complexity. The inquiry form asks for an approximate budget in INR so we can recommend a realistic scope.

- Is our project the right size for Kramiva?
- Probably, if it is a website, an online store, an MVP, or an internal tool. Kramiva takes on a small number of carefully scoped projects rather than large transformation programmes. If yours needs a bigger team, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
- Who do we actually talk to during the project?
- The founders — the same people designing and building it. Questions are answered by the person who knows the code, in IST, usually the same day they are asked.
- Can Kramiva work with the tools we already use?
- Integrations are scoped per project: payment gateways such as Razorpay and UPI, WhatsApp Business messaging, booking and appointment systems, CRM and email tools, Indian shipping and logistics providers, analytics, and content management systems. Feasibility is confirmed in discovery rather than promised in a sales call.
- What happens after the site or app launches?
- Launch includes a defined support window, after which a light monthly maintenance arrangement is available covering updates, improvements, and small new features. Projects are built in client-owned or transferable repositories and accounts, agreed before engineering begins, so continuing is a choice.
